The EXPERIENCE
This intensive is a well-designed and well-honed programme that unfolds within a powerful group process based on safety, trust, unconditional love, intimacy and acceptance of what is arising.
By the end of the week, you will feel more in touch with your body, more aliveness and presence, more aware of your patterns and how to change them, more awareness of your emotions and how to hold them, lighter and perhaps more relaxed.
You will be more in touch with the effortless flow of life, no matter what it looks like.
This life changing transformational intensive focuses on allowing the integration of all aspects of our Being;
mind, body, sexuality, emotions and spirit.
The deep transformation comes through reconnecting with our personal power by clearing the physical and emotional body of shame, guilt and fear related to our sexuality and authenticity.
The transformation is supported through multiple pathways using the best of the ancient temple arts, including Tantra, Taoist, Kundalini energy and Shamanism.
More modern day techniques such as NLP, bioenergetics, guided visualization, emotional release tools, and conscious touch/consent skills and more are added to dive deep into the inner realms.
Spiritual, Sexual, Shamanic
Each of these three areas carry enormous potential for liberation, freedom, love and joy.
But they can also have a shadow and represent misuse of power.
A team of skilled Temple Arts Faculty will share, inspire, guide and support you to bring light to the shadows where your power awaits to be reclaimed.
You will receive information, guidance and lots of experiential practice around self love, boundaries, consent, emotional release, voice dialogue, neurological reprogramming, Orgasmic Yoga, shamanic tools, owning one’s desires, the ability to manifest, accessing and speaking from your contra-sexual self (i.e gender opposite), conscious communication, Transformational Shamanic Breathwork, ancient rituals of healing/initiation and powerful sexual clearing/activation processes.
The safe container will allow, invite and offer you:
• The opportunity to stop, feel and take a look at yourself in a whole new way, whatever your life situation may be. This is an opportunity to wake up to your life.

• A vision of your glorious Energy Being, with skills that allow you to dance with this energy body alongside your physical body.
• The ability to seek wisdom from your body and heart, instead of your mind.

• A reminder of how to love yourself, to feel the healing power of pleasure, with ways to expand your sexuality and orgasmic potential.

Who takes this training?
Life's core experiences and wounds are universal. They touch and affect individuals of all ages, cultures, backgrounds and race.
Thousands of people on 5 continents have attended the ISTA trainings and have been radically changed for the better by uncovering reactive patterns and wounds and transforming them into conscious ways of being.
All ages are welcome, from 18 to 100, couples and individuals, all backgrounds and professions, sexual orientations and paths, gender identities, religions, races and nationalities.
No prior knowledge of or experience in shamanism, spirituality or sacred sexuality is necessary.
Some people take this training for their own personal evolution, to gain a deeper self-connection and to enrich their relationships and empower their lives.
Others are interested in exploring how it will add to their own professional life whatever that may be.

What do I need to know?
This is an individual process that happens in a group environment and a level of ability to be self responsible is needed to navigate the spiritual sexual shamanic space.
ISTA is a mystery school and approaches trauma from the shamanic perspective of connecting with the body and soul. We recommend that if there is known deep seated trauma, individuals seek one on one sessions and get the ok from their therapist before entering the group process.
No prior knowledge of shamanism or sacred sexuality is necessary to attend. Those with previous experience are warmly welcomed, as they add to the power of the field.
The cornerstone of this work is about consent, developing healthy boundaries and communication. You are always at choice (free to choose) and the facilitators will help you navigate what is authentic for you.
Nudity and intimate touch are optional parts of this training. If it is your truth, it is possible to complete the entire training experience without touching another person or taking your clothes off.
